Anti-static raised floor
ESD raised floor across the space — cabling, network and cooling routed below floor. Load rating 350 kg/m², clear height 3.0 m.
DL 401 was built and operated as an Internet Data Center. The core essentials are in place — anti-static raised floor, a dedicated transformer station (medium voltage), carrier connectivity and security systems. The capacity actually available for a new use is planned project-specifically with the grid operator Netze Duisburg GmbH.
The core essentials of a data centre are already in place — medium voltage, raised floor, carriers and security systems. That saves time, capital expenditure and permitting effort; DC-grade UPS and cooling are added by the operator as required.

Two transformers (800 + 630 kVA) with about 40% reserve — medium-voltage connection (AS6393) with its own transfer point.
Fibre and copper from Telekom and Vodafone in the service room — a basis for redundant network connectivity.
Fire (BMA), intrusion (EMA), video and access-control (ZKS) systems, including a direct fire-brigade link.
Direct, ground-level access for bringing in equipment, racks and machines — plus daylight & floor-to-ceiling windows.
Extensive rooftop photovoltaics, geothermal energy and BREEAM “Very Good” — supports the operator's EnEfG/ESG requirements. Own car park.

The right scale for enterprise IT, edge and colocation operations, IT and test labs, as well as measurement and electronics uses — in the heart of a strong technology cluster.
